Difficulties in enjoying a good night’s sleep may be due to one or several factors. Pain, worry, stress, anxiety, hormonal imbalances (hot flushes) or just thinking about too many things.

If you wake between 1 and 3 A.M. your liver may have a problem processing waste. Waking between 3 and 5 A.M. is a sign of emotional turmoil. Grief and sadness, in particular, are associated with the lungs. During these hours, the lungs cleanse themselves of toxic buildup. Therefore, if you wake up coughing, your body may be signaling that your lungs are having trouble clearing out toxins.

Your personalised treatment plan

The treatment plan consists of an initial 90 minutes consultation session comprising of a 30 minute assessment and a 60 minute treatment and a further 3 x 90 minute treatments.
